As deer hunting comes to a close and the temperatures continue to drop, predator hunting contests come around in full swing. Most predator hunting contests occur between January and March. As a tribute to the start of contest season, we are focusing this week’s blog on tips and tricks to help succeed in your local coyote calling contest.

Bobcats can be tricky to track down. They’re aloof, highly alert, and often way more aware of their surroundings than us humans are. Sometimes, a bobcat's home range can be over 20 miles. That can make it tough to call in a cat in just one hunt. We've learned a few things that may be able to help you on your next hunt.
Red Eye Predator Hunting Light by Outrigger Outdoors
The Outrigger Outdoors crew packed up the truck and headed south to see what they could find with the Red Eye Predator Hunting Light. Hogs, coyotes, and bobcats appeared on the trail cameras, so hopes were high!
