Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Order Packing, Assembly & Testing

About Us: Outrigger Outdoors is a fast-growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences with our products. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $14-$20/hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipping. 

  • Assemble products as needed following clear instructions

  • Test products before shipment to ensure quality and functionality

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization

  • Assist with unloading and restocking incoming shipments

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, assembly, or packing experience is a plus, but not required

  • Comfortable working on your feet and with your hands throughout the day

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
