This Privacy Policy explains how Outrigger Outdoors LLC (“Outrigger Outdoors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information through the Outrigger Outdoors website and the OutriggerGo mobile application.

Information Collected Through Our Website

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you place an order, contact us, register a product, request support, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with our website. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing or shipping address, order information, and the contents of your communications with us.

We use this information to:

• Process and fulfill orders;

• Respond to questions and support requests;

• Provide warranty, repair, and customer service;

• Operate and improve our products and services;

• Prevent fraud and protect our customers and business;

• Comply with legal obligations; and

• Send product news, offers, or other marketing communications when permitted. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Payment information may be processed by our payment and ecommerce service providers. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

OutriggerGo Mobile Application

OutriggerGo is a companion application for compatible Outrigger Outdoors lighting products. No account or sign-in is required to use the app’s lighting controls.

Bluetooth

OutriggerGo uses Bluetooth to discover, connect to, authenticate with, and control compatible Outrigger Outdoors lighting controllers.

Controller assignments, bank names, selected light families, light counts, Quick selections, and other app preferences are stored locally on your iPhone. This information is not automatically uploaded to Outrigger Outdoors.

Location, Weather, and Saved Spots

OutriggerGo requests When In Use location access when you use a location-dependent feature, such as opening or refreshing Weather or choosing to save your current location as a Spot. You may grant precise or approximate location access through your iPhone’s privacy settings.

Your location may be used to request local weather information from Apple Weather. If Apple Weather is unavailable, a location within the United States may be sent to the National Weather Service to retrieve forecast information.

Outrigger Outdoors does not use your app location for advertising or tracking.

Fishing and hunting Spots that you save are stored locally on your iPhone and are not uploaded to Outrigger Outdoors. If you choose to open a saved Spot in Apple Maps, its coordinates are passed to Apple Maps to complete your request.

Microphone and Music Sync

Music Sync uses your iPhone’s microphone only after you choose to start the feature. The app measures nearby sound levels so selected compatible DuraNav lights can react to music, including music playing through an external speaker.

OutriggerGo does not record, save, or transmit microphone audio. Audio analysis occurs on your iPhone. Music Sync stops when you stop the feature, leave the app, or lose the required Bluetooth connection.

Customer Support

OutriggerGo provides in-app customer support powered by Gorgias. When you choose to use this feature, Outrigger Outdoors and Gorgias receive the messages and contact information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address.

We use this information to answer questions, troubleshoot products, provide customer service, prevent abuse, and maintain support records.

Gorgias may process technical information required to operate, secure, and continue the support conversation. This may include:

• Your IP address;

• Browser or device information;

• A chat, device, or session identifier;

• Cookies or similar technologies;

• Support interaction information; and

• Information associated with the resulting support ticket.

This information may be connected to the contact information or support messages you provide. It is used for app functionality and customer support, not for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

The in-app support screen connects directly to Gorgias. Optional Gorgias Segment analytics are disabled, and the support screen does not load Outrigger Outdoors storefront advertising or analytics pixels.

Bluetooth diagnostic logs, controller identifiers, Saved Spots, and bank settings are not automatically attached to a support conversation. If you choose to copy or share diagnostic information, please review it before sending it.

Gorgias’s handling of information is also subject to its applicable privacy practices.

How We Share Information

We share information only when reasonably necessary to operate our business, fulfill a request, or provide a feature you choose to use. Recipients may include:

• Ecommerce, payment, shipping, and business service providers;

• Apple Weather for weather requests;

• Apple Maps when you choose to open a location;

• The National Weather Service for supported U.S. forecast requests;

• Gorgias for customer support; and

• Other service providers that help us operate, secure, and support our website, app, and services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or other business transfer.

OutriggerGo does not use collected information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

Data Retention and Your Choices

OutriggerGo bank settings, controller assignments, Quick selections, preferences, and Saved Spots remain on your iPhone until you remove or reset them or delete the app.

You can control Bluetooth, Location, and Microphone permissions through your iPhone’s Settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Support messages and voluntarily provided contact information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain service records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal requirements, and improve customer support.

You may contact us to:

• Ask what personal information we maintain about you;

• Request that information be corrected;

• Request deletion where applicable;

• Express a concern about our use of your information; or

• Opt out of future marketing communications.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

Sensitive information transmitted through our website is protected using encrypted connections. Access to personal information is limited to employees and service providers who need it to perform their responsibilities.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and the OutriggerGo app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our website, the OutriggerGo app, our services, or our legal obligations.
